In today's modern business, a critical requirement is to have real time accurate information.

In HR-People, we include a powerful suite of reporting facilities including an Executive Information System, visual displays, charts and standard reports.

All data can be viewed on screen and printed as a chart or in standard report format and can be exported to Excel, PDF or copied to external systems. A powerful report writing function is also included to enable custom reports to be included.

Each individuals login screen automatically displays their own chosen Executive Information charts to ensure real time knowledge of the business.

Task Management

To further enhance the powerful HR functionality we provide a Task Management system. This is designed to help the HR department manage critical tasks. Tasks can be set up for individual staff members on an adhoc basis or as a recurring activity.

The task management system is supported by a traffic light system that advises staff when they have a task due.
