Our applications are housed on servers located in a secure Data Centre which is monitored on a 24-hour basis with cameras, safety locks and high level firewalls. The Data Centre is managed by one of the most experienced and largest Data Centre Management companies in the world.

How is user security achieved?

Both HR-People and School-rapport use a role based security model. This ensures the user can only access the areas of the system relevant to them. Built into HR-People are a number of levels of security. We provide comprehensive security at a user ID and password level.

Users are also automatically logged out of the system if their login has been inactive for an extended period.
